Please make sure to complete all connection steps outlined in this article before connecting to Quantower for the first time.
If you have not yet downloaded Quantower, you can find the download link by clicking on the image on the homepage here.
Once the application is downloaded, follow the written steps below or use the video guide for a visual walkthrough.
Connecting Your Rithmic Account to Quantower
Log into your TakeProfitTrader dashboard using your email and password.
Locate your Rithmic subscription inside your dashboard.
Copy your Rithmic username and password.
Go to quantower.com/download.
Download the version compatible with your operating system.
Install Quantower and allow the application to launch automatically.
Open the Connections section in the top menu of Quantower.
Find the Rithmic provider in the list.
If it does not appear, open the full list of available connections.
Paste your Rithmic username into the username field.
Paste your Rithmic password into the password field.
Select Rithmic Paper Trading as the system.
Select the correct gateway based on your location.
Review the Terms of Use when they appear.
Click Accept and Continue.
Click Connect.
When the indicator circle next to Rithmic turns green, the connection is active.
Viewing Your Account and Opening a Chart
Go to the Accounts section in the top menu to view your account details.
Go to Chart and choose the trading product you want to open.
Once the chart loads, open the Order Bar.
Make sure the correct TakeProfitTrader account is selected before trading.
You are now fully connected and ready to begin trading through Quantower.
