What is the POA form?
It is crucial to emphasize that at this stage, when prompted to sign the POA, denoting Power Of Attorney, you are in the process of creating your PRO account and have not yet reached the PRO+ account level. The reason we request your signature on the POA form is to ensure that any potential upgrade to a PRO+ account will proceed smoothly and efficiently.
All traders transitioning to PRO accounts must fully complete and sign the POA form before the official opening of the PRO account. The POA is a crucial document required for the opening of a PRO+ account with Tradovate, our designated broker at TakeProfit.
Do I have to sign the POA form even if I do not use Ninjatrader?
Yes, in order to create your PRO account, all users must sign the POA form.
Please be aware that you will come across NinjaTrader's logo in the POA form. This is because NinjaTrader owns Tradovate, thereby making them an integral part of the same company. Please don't get confused by that. Once you sign the POA form and your PRO trader contract, your PRO account will get created.

Within the POA form, you will be guided to provide specific details about yourself, and throughout the document, you will be identified as the ''Manager.''
